* Airport assistance — VILF staff will meet you at the arrival exit and guide you to your shuttle.
* Departures every 1,5 hour — convenient options throughout the scheduled service period.
* Flight delay friendly — if you miss your scheduled shuttle due to a flight delay or unforeseen circumstances, you can take the next available departure.
* Comfortable vehicles — 16-, 29-, or 45-seater vehicles, depending on the number of bookings.

Currently, there are no direct public bus services from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) to Dream Dragon Resort.
For this reason, we have arranged dedicated shuttle routes to ensure convenient access to the event for VILF attendees.
In addition to the VILF Shuttle, you may consider two other options to reach Dream Dragon Resort (the official event venue):
Taxi / Grab: ~USD 75
Private and convenient, but costly and requires you to arrange the ride yourself.
Locally booked Limousine: ~USD 15–20
Spacious 9-seater vehicle, but requires local assistance to book. English-language support may be limited, and fixed pickup times cannot accommodate flight delays.

* Shuttles depart from Noi Bai Airport every 1,5 hour.
* NOTE: After landing, passengers need time to move within the airport, go through immigration, collect their luggage, and reach the bus station. Therefore, passengers should schedule their DEPARTURE TIME plus at least an additional 45 minutes beyond the landing time.
